Jim is the leader of S3 Connected Health. Jim has 27 years’ experience in creating innovative software solutions and products in the telecoms, consumer electronics and healthcare sectors.
Jim passionately believes that Connected Health will fundamentally change the way healthcare is delivered and experienced by patients and clinicians. Over the past 10 years Jim has assembled a world-class team that have delivered award winning solutions for our clients throughout Europe, North America and Australasia.
Jim is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has been centrally involved in a number of key industry initiatives including serving on the industry board for the UK “3 Million Lives programme” and on the industry steering board of ARCH, the Irish Applied Research Centre for Connected Health.
Matt leads the Client Engagement and Marketing team at S3 Connected Health and has over 20 years' experience developing and launching transformative patient and consumer products internationally.
His experience covers connected health, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and telecommunications with Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, and ResMed amongst others.
Connected healthcare solution design starts with addressing real patient needs that generate measurable value and address real business issues. His approach has delivered proven business value and led to many awards including CES Innovation and Red Dot design awards.
Brian leads the Business Development for the S3 Connected Health division in Europe, working with clients and partners to deliver our products and services to the market. He has spent the last number of years in commercial and academic R&D roles bringing innovation across the spectrum of healthcare delivery.
Brian has lead research, understanding and collaboration projects with multiple pharmaceutical companies and hospital systems across the US, Europe and APAC in digital health technology and looking at how it can impact healthcare delivery in various chronic and acute conditions.
During his PhD and subsequent post-doctoral research, he focused on the identification and development of biomarker panels and assays for improved clinical diagnostics. His peer-review research publications include disease areas such as prostate and penile cancer, rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis and antimalarial bio-compound analysis. During his research tenure, he was awarded numerous travel fellowships & awards to attend and present his work at both US and European conferences.
John heads up Product Management in S3 Connected Health where he spends his days understanding customer and market needs and distilling them into compelling product offerings.
John has over 20 years experience and has run successful product teams across a variety of industries. He has delivered complex enterprise solutions to customers like AT&T, Danone, JP Morgan, DHL, Vodafone and BSkyB amongst others. When the opportunity came to work in the healthcare industry he jumped at it because he predicts ‘win-win-win-win’ solutions emerging where patients, healthcare providers, payers and pharmaceutical companies all succeed in achieving better commercial and clinical outcomes through the application of new technologies.
Szymon is responsible for delivering bespoke customer solutions. He has more than 10 years’ experience delivering innovative telehealth and telecare projects.
Szymon oversees operations and programme management, driving the technical direction of the business line, generating and managing intellectual property and representing S3 Connected Health in industry bodies globally. He leads a multidisciplinary, world-class team that have delivered award winning, connected-health solutions for our clients across the globe.
In May 2007 Szymon received a Key Contributor Award from Continua Alliance for his work on defining standards for Telehealth interoperability. Szymon holds an MSc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland.
With a background in electronic engineering and software development, David worked for many years with Philips in scientific hardware and software R&D, and with Microsoft in enterprise and consumer software and device development. In recent years his focus has moved towards consumer wellness, patient engagement and empowerment through mobile app and platform initiatives. David has a passion for developing creative and innovative solutions to large challenging problems.
Dr. Hanley MD, MBA, BSEE provides clinical leadership for the latest innovations in healthcare delivery for chronic disease management in both the US and Europe. Having lead the design of improved healthcare delivery solutions, Dr. Hanley focuses on addressing gaps in care between patients, primary care physicians, specialists, payers, assisted living and healthcare providers. Dr. Hanley has worked with the leading clinical providers in Europe and the United States, and has over 15 years’ experience working with the leading healthcare, IT and telecommunication companies in the sector. Dr. Hanley holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ, USA), MBA from the College of William & Mary (Williamsburg, VA, USA) and an M.D. from UCC (Bayamon, PR, USA).
Piotr is responsible for shaping the services part of S3 Connected Health. He is heavily involved in market interactions and business development, especially for pharma. Piotr has 17 years’ experience in development and engineering management and has managed multiple programs, which have delivered award-winning products in the telecom and healthcare space.
His current focus is on how S3 Connected Health can help customers to turn their point healthcare solutions (like drugs or medical devices) into connected health systems that increase and demonstrate value at all stages.
