Interview Privacy Policy

What happens should you choose to participate in an interview with us?
If you decide to participate, S3 Connected Health will contact you to conduct the interview. We will record the call using Microsoft Teams and will send you the final material for your approval before publishing it. Once the agreed material has been produced, the recording will be deleted.

Privacy Statement
We are the data controller of the data we collect through interviews.

  • Data Retention
    We only keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we collect it in compliance with GDPR and applicable data privacy legislation. Where we hold any personal information to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, we will keep the information for at least as long as is required to comply with that obligation. You may request the deletion of personal information at any point during a retention period, and we will respond to such requests timely and appropriately. Personal information which has achieved its intended purposes will be discarded by shredding, if the information is in paper form, or by technical methods preventing restoration, if the information is in the form of electronic files.

  • Data transfer
    We will process your data in the European Union.

  • Third Parties
    We may entrust personal data to external third parties who provide services to us, such as lawyers, technology providers and group companies that assist us. All such third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your data in line with our policies. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.
    At present, such third parties, to which S3 Connected Health may provide personal data, will include our affiliates (for the purpose of the affiliates providing software support and analytics generation support) and Microsoft Teams (for the purpose of facilitating and recording the interviews).     Retention period for personal data: personal data so provided to third parties may be retained by those third parties for so long as needed for use and processing for those purposes.
